How do I cancel or refund my reservation?

Cancellation or refund shall be made as follows:

1. If more than 30 minutes remain until the time of reservation applied: a full refund of the payment amount 
2. If there are less than 30 minutes left until the requested reservation time: Cancellation and refund not possible 


After the reservation time, you cannot cancel the payment unless you cannot keep the luggage due to the circumstances of the host. 
Refunds should be refunded in the same way as the customer paid, but may take 2 to 3 business days depending on PG's situation. 

Payment


Submit your credit card information for swift drop-off and pick-up at aBagcation location. You don’t need to worry about having the right currency onhand when paying online. All major credit cards are accepted. The shops do notreceive cash when using Bagcation. The insurance on your luggage is valid onlyif the payment has been made directly to Bagcation.


Can I pay directly at the store?

No, you must pay at BAGCATION. 

Otherwise, BAGCATION shall not be held liable for anything that has happened.

 
Can someone other than the reservation keep or find the luggage?

You must come by yourself.

 
What happens if I'm behind the scheduled time?


If you leaveyour bag behind the scheduled time, the amount will be calculated from 

the scheduled time. 

Also, if you come later than the scheduled storage time, you will be charged an 

additional charge for the late hour.


Can I leave my passport / other travel documents or valuable items?

You cannot keep your passport, valuables or cash.

What are the benefits of being a host?

If you become a host, you can gain additional revenue 

by using the idle space in your existing store. 

Also, you can expect more visitors to visit the store, 

which will increase sales of the existing business.
